Job Duties:

· Prepare and cook complete meals and dishes

· Oversee kitchen operations

· May train and supervise kitchen helpers in food preparation and handling

· Maintain inventory of food, kitchen supplies and equipment

· Maintain positive sanitation of kitchen and all work areas

· May assist in planning current menus and determining the size of food portions

· Order kitchen supplies and equipment when needed

Job requirements:

· Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
