OverviewDirector, Commercial Finance – Americas Supply Division drives supplier strategy through insight‑led commercial decision‑making. This role partners closely with senior supply, revenue management, and brand leaders to unlock revenue growth, drive productivity, and embed financial discipline across the supply ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesOwn commercial finance oversight for the Americas Supply Division, partnering with senior leaders to translate supplier strategies into measurable financial outcomesDeliver robust financial analysis of supplier agreements, identifying under‑leveraged revenue opportunities and activation leversSupport large bid pricing, strategic supplier proposals, and brand‑led supply initiatives with explicit financial guidanceDevelop scalable frameworks to evaluate supplier agreements against contractual commitments, revenue targets, and strategic prioritiesPartner with Supply Operations to ensure execution aligns to agreed commercial terms and optimization objectivesIdentify and prioritize new revenue streams, including overrides, ancillary income, and partnership incentivesLead supply revenue forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario modellingDesign dashboards and reporting to track supplier KPIs, revenue performance, and cost productivityChampion AI‑enabled analytics and machine learning tools to enhance commercial insight and decision‑makingLead, mentor, and develop a team of two accountants across the USA and CanadaContribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected,
and supported to thriveContribute to additional duties as assignedExperience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related fieldMaster’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA, CIMA) highly regarded10+ years’ experience in commercial finance or strategic finance rolesStrong experience analysing supplier or vendor agreements; travel or hospitality experience highly desirableExpert proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.G., Power BI)Hands‑on experience applying AI/ML tools in a commercial finance contextAdvanced financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skillsProven people leadership experience, including remote or distributed teamsExperience working within a multinational organisation preferredLocation & CompensationLocation – Vancouver, Canada. For this position, anticipated annual salary is $150,000 – $165,000.
