We are seeking a robust Java Tech Lead with proven experience in delivering scalable microservices and cloud based applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical teams, designing high quality solutions, and driving end to end development across Java, Spring, cloud platforms, and modern integration technologies.ResponsibilitiesLead a technical team of developers and provide guidance throughout the development lifecycleDesign, develop, and implement applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and microservices architectureWork on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP or PCF including deployments, infrastructure configuration, and cloud service integrationCollaborate with cross functional teams, business stakeholders, and architects to deliver high quality solutionsEnsure applications meet industry standards including PCI DSS, tokenization, and other security or compliance requirementsDrive technical discussions, code reviews,



and performance tuningWork closely with product owners and participate in Agile or Scrum ceremoniesAnalyze complex problems and provide effective technical solutionsMaintain strong client relationships through clear communication and timely deliveryQualificationsMinimum 7 to 11 years of experience in software development with strong focus on Java and microservicesPrior experience in leading a development team of at least 2 to 3 engineersStrong expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIsHands on experience with AWS and Azure including cloud deployments and cloud native servicesStrong knowledge of SQL or Oracle databasesExperience with Kafka and event driven architecturesDeep understanding of the banking domain including core banking and retail bankingKnowledge of compliance and security standards such as PCI DSS and tokenizationExcellent communication, leadership, and client interaction skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsFamiliarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and project management toolsNote: The salary range provided is indicative.
