Become a Fit4Less Host and provide an outstanding level of customer support while ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility. Your role will be integral in creating a friendly workplace.
In the Fit4Less Host position, you will consistently uphold cleanliness and safety standards. This role requires engaging with members, educating them about services, and managing membership inquiries, all while contributing to a positive gym experience that aligns with Fit4Less’ values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain gym areas to ensure safety
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all members
• Assist in membership sales and inquiries
• Report cleanliness concerns to management
• Follow guidelines for incident reporting
Requirements:
• High School diploma or working towards it
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
• Certification in First Aid, CPR-A & AED required
• Proven ability to manage stress effectively
