Join the FedEx team as a Cargo Handler, responsible for freight operations that involve loading and unloading packages. This physically demanding role is set for Monday to Wednesday shifts.
As a FedEx Cargo Handler, you'll be engaged in activities such as scanning and sorting freight while ensuring effective handling of various weights. Preferred qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED along with knowledge of FedEx Canada processes and Canadian Customs regulations. Your responsibilities will also include basic training to retain your certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely load and unload freight within the facility
• Scan and sort packages to streamline operations




• Engage in training to retain necessary accreditations
• Lift heavy packages, up to 70 lbs and maneuver 150 lbs
• Complete mandatory assessment tests in a Windows setting
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Familiarity with FedEx operations preferred
• Solid interpersonal skills required
• Ability to work within a PC workplace
• Bilingualism is required in Quebec
