You will be joining a highly collaborative, rapid paced and high performing team.**Client**: Big Five Bank**Length of Contract**: 6 months, with possibility to extend**Working Location**: Hybrid, 1 day a week, downtown Toronto.**Rate**: $35-$45/Hr T4**Job Description**The IT Asset Management (ITAM) Analyst is responsible for the administration, accuracy, and optimization of IT asset data within the ServiceNow platform. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of the IT asset lifecycle, ensuring software asset compliance, and enabling data-driven decisions through accurate asset records. The analyst will manage lifecycle dates, perform software normalization, and maintain hardware and software model management within the ServiceNow ITAM module.**Key Responsibilities****Lifecycle Date Management**- Maintain and update lifecycle dates for all hardware and software assets in ServiceNow ITAM.- Proactively identify assets approaching end-of-life or end-of-support and escalate to relevant stakeholders.**Software Normalization**- Perform software normalization using the ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) module to standardize publisher, product, and version data.- Reconcile discovered software installations against the normalized software catalog to identify unlicensed or unmanaged software.- Maintain and continuously improve normalization rules and exclusion lists to reduce noise in discovery data.**Model Management**- Create, maintain, and retire hardware and software models in the ServiceNow product catalog.- Ensure model records are accurately associated with Configuration Items (CIs) and asset records to support license entitlement calculations.- Perform regular model audits to identify duplicates, incomplete records,
