As an Account Representative, you will nurture business accounts, generate sales leads, and match members' unique needs with suitable Club offerings. Your role will include assisting current members in achieving their fitness goals through exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate sales leads to exceed membership sales objectives
• Build solid relationships with current members
• Address member inquiries and resolve concerns




• Ensure a welcoming experience for all guests
• Motivate members towards their health and fitness goals
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in sales and customer service
• Post-secondary education related to fitness is an asset
• Experience in retail or hospitality preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Additional sales certifications are preferred
