Duties include creating detailed designs, conducting field visits, and ensuring quality project delivery across multiple complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities: • Design HVAC and plumbing systems for residential buildings • Develop tender packages and detailed construction documents • Prepare designs, schematics,



and essential specifications • Perform calculations and conduct site evaluations • Manage various projects while meeting deadlines

Requirements: • 5+ years of Canadian experience in mechanical design • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required • Knowledge of CSA, ASHRAE, and NFPA standards • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent communication skills in English
