Enhance youth development as a part time Program Supervisor with Battlefords Boys and Girls Club in North Battleford. Create a secure environment fostering empowerment and skill-building for children.
Working under the guidance of the Executive Director, this role involves the implementation of enriching programs that promote positive experiences among youth. Responsibilities include supervising various activities such as arts and crafts and physical education while focusing on safety and mentorship. Solid leadership and communication skills are vital to successfully engage with the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor youth effectively in activities
• Organize and lead programs promoting leadership and empowerment
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of facilities and grounds
• Document and report incidents as required
• Provide First Aid assistance when necessary
Requirements:
• At least one year of relevant supervisory experience
• Valid class five driver’s license required
• Completion of Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks
• Effective communication with children, youth, and adults
• Knowledge in program planning and execution
