Kith is seeking a POS Lead for the Vancouver store. This role extends store management duties, managing cash flow, POS processes, and staff training. The POS Lead partners with management and the Retail Coordinator to implement SOPs and guide cash-wrap behaviors. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of managerial retail experience, strong communication, and a solution-focused mindset to lead a large team and improve store operations. This is a full time on-site position in Vancouver.
