This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique needs of credit unions and can translate business goals into effective, member focused technology solutions.Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesLead and mentor Business Analysts, supporting clarity, alignment, and delivery across initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements.Translate business needs into functional solutions that support digital banking, payments,



and operational efficiency.Support project planning, analysis, testing activities, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams, ensuring smooth delivery and clear communication.Maintain strong knowledge of digital banking systems and emerging payment technologies.Essential Qualifications8‐10 years of Business Analysis experience, including experience in a credit union or financial services environment (required).
