You will deliver resident-focused care within full LPN scope, supervise healthcare aides, coordinate meds, educate residents and families, assist in emergencies, and maintain current skills.
This role requires CLPNA registration, CPR/BCLS, and a clean vulnerable sector check; the setting values dignity, teamwork, and person-centered care.
