CedarCreek is hiring for Tasting Room Sales Ambassadors who are eager to learn and share their wine knowledge. A University Degree and WSET Level II (available through training) are requirements. Candidates must have prior experience in hospitality or sales and be certified to serve alcohol in British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quality customer service and manage sales transactions
• Facilitate wine tastings while educating guests
• Promote sales of wines and winery accessories
• Assist with setup and teardown of tour tastings
• Develop a deep understanding of CedarCreek wines
Requirements:
• University degree and completion of wine education program
• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role
• Serving It Right certification and legal serving age
• Willingness to work flexible schedule across days and weekends
• Passion for pursuing a career in the wine industry
