Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver RN responsibilities tailored for nephrology patients • Collaborate with health team members to coordinate care • Maintain patient records using computerized systems • Support nursing students through practical guidance • Engage in departmental projects and collaborations
Requirements: • Completion of a recognized Registered Practical Nursing diploma • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Minimum one year medical experience with nephrology emphasis • Familiarity with peritoneal dialysis techniques beneficial • Proven skills in patient health education and safety protocols
