Bilingual candidates only.The OpportunityWe are looking for a Director of Customer Engagement and Growth – Assessments to lead business development efforts for our Assessment services in Quebec. With a new office opening in Montreal, this is an exciting time to expand our presence in the province.This role is focused on both growth and retention. You will build new relationships across Quebec with property and casualty insurers, medical-legal referrers, employers, and other key partners. At the same time, you will work closely with internal teams to strengthen and expand existing referral relationships through increased volume and cross-service opportunities.You will be a key contributor to our national growth strategy while having a strong regional focus.What You’ll DoIdentify, generate,
