They are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Business Planning & Analysis who will be responsible for supporting commercial decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and business partnering.

Partner with business leaders to support annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term business planning activities
Analyze and evaluate new and existing business initiatives, including financial impact assessments, scenario analysis, and business cases
Develop, enhance, and maintain financial and operational reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics
Monitor business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions where appropriate
Conduct benchmarking, market analysis, and ad hoc financial studies to support business objectives
Act as a liaison between business units and Finance teams to ensure alignment with financial policies, processes, and reporting requirement

A university degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
~ A CPA or CFA designation (or active pursuit of either designation) is considered an asset
~3+ of progressive experience in financial analysis, business planning, forecasting, reporting, corporate finance,



or a related discipline
~ Experience supporting commercial, retail, consumer products, real estate, transportation, aviation, or similarly complex business environments
