As a Host at Fit4Less, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive setting for all club members. Your responsibilities will include ensuring cleanliness, assisting members with their fitness needs, and promoting our services. Engaging with guests and providing education about our amenities will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for all areas
• Interact warmly with members during cleaning tasks
• Educate members on memberships and amenities
• Communicate deficiencies to the management team
• Promote the benefits of Fit4Less black card memberships
Requirements:
• High School diploma or currently pursuing
• At least one year of experience in teamwork or volunteering
• Robust verbal and written communication abilities
• First Aid, CPR-A & AED certification compulsory
• Adaptable under stress and focused on service
