Ginger Sushi is seeking a F/T Food Service Supervisor.

Terms of employment: Full time, Permanent
Wage: $20.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 30 ~ 40 hours/week
Number of Positions: 1
4% vacation pay

Job Duties:
Establish work schedules for food service staff and supervise their activities.
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
Keep food and service to meet the quality control standards.
Maintain records of stock, repairs and wastage.
Train staffs in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
May participate in the recruitment of food service workers when required.
Address the complaints or inquiries from customers.

Job requirements:
Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
