In addition, a Manager must develop strong technical and interpersonal skills in order to coach the on-shore and off-shore teams.Providing technical accounting/industry knowledge to clients and internallyCoordinate with Operations group, Financial Statement group, Tax group, and Investor Relations groupCoordinate, manage and monitor external audit processReview fund partnership agreements, PPM’s and other materialsLead the Implementation of fund structures on accounting systemCoach,
