About the Role

Our client, a progressive Recruitment Consultancy , is offering an exciting fully remote opportunity for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join their general staffing division. While based in Kimberley , you will connect talent with businesses across various sectors nationwide. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels in a virtual environment, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation. You will leverage advanced digital tools and communication strategies to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions, contributing to a flexible and productive service delivery model that supports a broad range of clients and their staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment process for diverse roles across multiple industries remotely.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using online platforms, video conferencing, and digital assessment tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive virtual communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).




- Collaborate effectively with remote team members to share best practices and market insights.
- Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and key performance indicators within a virtual setting.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successful placements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Excellent virtual communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be highly organized, self-disciplined, and adept at working independently in a remote setup.
- Proficiency in using modern recruitment technologies, including ATS and virtual collaboration tools.
- A commitment to providing an outstanding candidate and client experience remotely.
