Position for an experienced server or waitress as part of the front-of-house team at Maison Boire, a Michelin-recommended fine dining restaurant specializing in wood-fired cuisine located in Granby. Schedule from Wednesday to Saturday, 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with three consecutive days off per week. Ongoing training on the wine and spirits list and a reliable work workplace focused on product quality and service excellence.
Responsibilities
Provide service in the fine dining room; present pairings, product provenance, and the drinks menu.
Requirements
Proven experience in fine dining service; solid knowledge of wine service and spirits; ease in presenting pairings, product provenance, and the drinks menu; rigor, attention to detail, and team spirit.
