Team Leader – Dollarama Stephenville

This role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily store operations.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise store associates, providing guidance and support.
Manage merchandising, shelf stocking, and shipping/unboxing daily shipments.
Ensure excellent customer service standards.
Conduct manager‑on‑duty tasks (breaks, time, attendance).
Implement visual merchandising standards.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
Perform cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.
Participate in inventory processes and employee training.
Follow up on assigned tasks and contribute to hiring and performance management.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year retail experience.




1–2 years supervisory experience.
Ambition to progress within the company.
Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a high‑volume environment.
