This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.In this role, you’ll enhance the lives of our patients every single day, delivering exceptional vision and eyewear experiences in a dynamic, rewarding, and collaborative workplace.What You’ll DoGreet and welcome patients to the clinic, engage with patients in person, by phone, and via emailEducate patients on eyewear options tailored to their lifestyle, assisting with frame selection to ensure optimal value, quality, aesthetics, and performanceInterpret optical prescriptions provided by the optometristPerform frame and facial measurements, ensuring proper fit and positioning of new eyewear, as well as repairs and adjustmentsCoordinate appointments, and prepare prescription printoutsManage billing and payments for patients, insurers and other third partiesAssist with contact lens fittings and process contact lens ordersDeliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experienceSupport clinic operations by performing additional duties as requiredWhat You BringPrevious optical experience or retail experience is considered an assetAbility to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office SuiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,
