Become a key player in Sonnet’s Customer Experience team as a UX/UI Designer. Focus on crafting optimal mobile and email experiences at sonnet.ca while working flexibly in a hybrid model.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with internal partners to develop creative designs and identify opportunities for enhancement via A/B testing. You will document design and accessibility requirements in Jira and build engaging landing pages in Sonnet's CMS. Your goal is to elevate the customer experience while adapting to the fast-paced agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create mobile-first designs for digital platforms

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in UI/UX design (2-3 years)
