Seal Swimming is seeking an Aquatic Leadership Instructor to deliver advanced training and mentor the next generation of lifeguards and swim instructors. This in office role requires 3-5 years of experience and a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and program excellence.
The position is part-time with evenings and weekends required, in a classroom and aquatic environment. Candidates must hold Lifesaving Society certifications and complete mandatory company training upon hire.
