Are you an experienced administrative professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills? We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide executive-level support in a full-time permanent role.
About the Role This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of the Bishop's office by providing high-level administrative and executive support. You will manage schedules, coordinate events, handle confidential communications, and oversee two administrative staff members, all while upholding the values and mission of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Saskatoon.
What You'll Do
Serves as the primary point of contact for the Bishop's Office
Manage calendar, meeting requests, and travel arrangements
Coordinate events, committee meetings, and special projects
Handle confidential correspondence and maintain clergy personnel records
Support office administration, budgeting, and process improvements
What We Are Looking For
A diploma or degree in Business, Office Administration, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. p
7+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience supporting senior leaders
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, data management systems, and virtual collaboration tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
Experience managing budgets and administrative processes
