Responsibilities
Deliver efficient, high-level customer service in a rapid-paced sports bar environment
Take orders quickly and accurately using our POS system
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining attention to detail
Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize guest experience and sales
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
Support opening and closing duties as required

Requirements
Proven serving experience in high-volume restaurants, bars, or similar environments
Strong ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Confident, professional, and guest-focused approach
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends,



and match days
Valid Serving It Right certification
Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
Passion for sports and ability to engage with a lively crowd
