This Full time role, from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, involves overseeing financial processes and providing high-quality guest experiences. You will register guests, handle transactions, and maintain a protected workplace, ensuring all needs are met promptly. Your role is pivotal in creating welcoming stay experiences for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overnight check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Balance daily cash and prepare reports
• Address inquiries on hotel services and local attractions




• Ensure safety and security of guests and property
• Execute detailed night audits using Maestro PMS
Requirements:
• Previous experience in Front Desk or Night Audit roles
• Strong commitment to guest satisfaction
• Excellent multitasking abilities in a rapid-paced environment
• Calm and professional demeanor when addressing conflicts
