After establishing themselves as an industry leader, they’re now expanding their team to meet rising demand.ResponsibilitiesDrive execution of US Regulatory Services work streams while effectively communicating strategy to senior leaders and stakeholders; serve as a seniorbusiness analyst to drive strategic efficiencies and align to Regulatory Services TOMIdentify and lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing reporting automation, system integration, and operational efficiency; evaluate emergingtechnologies and methodologies to modernize regulatory reporting processesProduce presentations for a range of stakeholders highlighting achievements, regulatory reporting metrics, regulatory risks, data insights, and change management initiativesServe as a liaison for Regulatory Services on project Steering Committees and other management-level working groups; ensure RegulatoryServices is informed of program developments and potential impacts to existing processes and reporting logicIdentify and develop performance management metrics for regulatory reporting processes across accuracy daily, weekly, or monthly regulatory reports, including Electronic Blue Sheets, Qualified Financial Contracts (QFC), Listed and OTC Large Option Position Reporting (LOPR), Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT), TRACE, MSRB, among othersContribute to the review and analysis of current business, rule changes or system changes that impact reporting processes,
and perform associated testing/checkouts.Assist with coordinating the remediation of reporting anomalies (raise JIRAs, document requirements, and perform checkout, etc.).Maintain a strong focus on streamlining processes by identifying and implementing automation processes and data-driven solutionsSupport the development and implementation of controls to ensure the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of reporting, and resolve any exceptions identifiedMust-have SkillsBachelor's Degree or Equivalent Required, preferably in Engineering, Business, Data Science or a related subject.10+ years of experience as a senior Business/Data analyst or equivalent role in Regulatory operations.Big 4 Consulting/Advisory experience (2+ years preferred)Must be able to demonstrate experience working on two of the US Regulatory Reports: CAT, EBS, TRACE, MSRB, QFC, Volcker TVM, 13DGH, LOPR, OCEND, OFR NCCBR, FR-Y15Strong regulatory reporting experience with deep SME knowledge in Equities, Listed Derivatives, Fixed Income, and/or OTC DerivativesUnderstanding of the trade life cycle (Orders, Executions, Allocations) requiredUnderstanding of Middle Office Trade ProcessingStrong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VisioA Technical mindset with basic understanding of SQL and VBA a plusExperience with data strategy, data governance, or analytics initiatives preferredNice to have skillsProficiency with vendor OMS like Fidessa and Broadridge is preferredWe strive to build teams that reflect the diversity of the communities we work in.
