At Mirth Resorts & Residences, we focus on smooth reservation operations, strong online visibility, and effective room sales across all booking platforms. We are looking for a Reservation Manager who can confidently manage day-to-day reservations while supporting room availability, pricing coordination, and OTA performance.

This role is ideal for someone who understands hotel reservations deeply, works well with cross-functional teams, and ensures a seamless booking experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor daily reservations across platforms such as Agoda, Airbnb, and Booking.com.
- Update room availability, rates, and inventory across all OTAs and channel managers.
- Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and on time, avoiding overbookings or rate discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with the front office, sales, and operations teams to maintain smooth booking flow.
- Track daily bookings, occupancy levels, and booking patterns to support healthy room sales.
- Support pricing coordination and ensure alignment with approved rate structures.




- Maintain reservation reports and ensure booking data accuracy across systems.
- Deliver a consistent and seamless booking experience for all guests.

Qualifications & Experience

- Prior experience in hotel reservations or hospitality operations is preferred.
- Hands‑on familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs) and channel management systems.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings.
- Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and daily reservation tasks efficiently.
