Job Description As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. You will provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintain quality, service, and cleanliness, monitor safety and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants. Compensation and Advantages Pay rate: Starting at $20.25 per hour.
