What will you be doing?

As a Tutor , you will foster a supportive learning environment where children can collaborate with their peers, share experiences and build social skills. Responsibilities include:
Understanding and implementing the BrightPath Read With Me program.
Working with students to improve their skills in certain subjects.
Planning and preparing lessons for students.
Engaging, encouraging,



and engaging children to reach their goals.
Evaluating students' progress and discussing results with families.
All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Knowledge of provincial school curriculums and expected outcomes for students at various grade levels
Up-to-date knowledge of learning theories, techniques and resources
Ability to speak, read, and write in the English language
Must meet province requirements for childcare employment
Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
