Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the positions of two Produce Clerks (24-39 hours/week) at our Food Store location in La Ronge, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Produce Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:

- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members' lives, with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
- Stock and display products with a focus on well-organized, visually appealing presentation.
- Monitor code dates and product quality to ensure the freshest inventory is on the shelf; follow first in, first out (FIFO).




- Receive product and unload freight, ensuring produce is correctly stored.
- Prepare ready-to-eat produce products to Lake Country Co-op standards while maintaining production records.
- Maintain a clean and organized department.
- Support and follow Food Secure and Health and Safety regulations and practices.
- Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.

- Well-organized and capable of attaining a high level of production with a minimum amount of supervision.
- Able to fulfill physical job requirements, such as standing, kneeling, crouching, regular heavy lifting, and frequent use of a pallet jack.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- Familiar with Food Safe procedures and practices.
- Possess a flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
