We have an immediate opening for a energetic, dedicated, andhighly motivated Inside Sales Representative working from our London, ONlocation.

Responsibilities

- Provideknowledgeable product support and basic solutions for HVAC/R customers andday-to-day account needs.
- Contributeto meeting sales targets and support overall branch revenue growth.
- Followup with vendors on lead times, stock availability, etc.
- Buildand maintain positive working relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Completeaccurate order entry, pricing, and follow-up to support smooth customertransactions.
- Workclosely with the outside sales team to help prepare quotes, enter and trackcustomer sales orders, and ensure timely follow-up and support.
- Competentcomputer skills with experience using sales, inventory, and customer managementsoftware.
- Participatein training and development activities and support the onboarding of new teammembers when required.

What you bring to the team:

- Previouswholesale Inside Sales experience and strong HVAC/R product knowledge
- Mustpossess intermediate computer skills




- Mustdemonstrate meticulous attention to detail for order entry
- Ensureaccurate and thorough completion of all paperwork
- Adhereto secure and efficient work practices
- Maintaindiligent follow-up on tasks and customer needs
- Exhibita strong passion for helping customers succeed in their business
