This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior User Researcher II based in Canada. As a Senior User Researcher, you will own research strategy for a core product area and influence product direction through evidence-based insights. You’ll turn ambiguous business and customer questions into focused research plans and actionable learning agendas. The role combines qualitative and quantitative methods across discovery, evaluation, launch, and post-launch stages. You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and business teams in a team-oriented, fast-moving environment. Your work will help teams identify unmet needs, challenge assumptions, and make confident decisions before product direction is finalized. You’ll also help scale research practices through accessible insights, reusable workflows, and AI-supported research methods. This is a 12-month maternity leave coverage opportunity with significant scope for independent impact.
