relevant information at the right momentDesigning memory systems that enable Boardy to understand, retain, and evolve user knowledge over timeImproving matching algorithms that intelligently connect people based on goals, context, and intentDeveloping growth-focused features that drive adoption, engagement, and retentionIdentifying and owning high-impact technical initiatives that move the platform forwardWhat We're Looking For:Required Experience1+ years of software engineering experience focused on machine learning systems (or relevant internships)Strong proficiency in TypeScript and PythonExperience integrating with third‑party APIs, tools, and external platformsExperience working with large language models, with fine‑tuning as a bonusExperience with vector databases and search technologies such as Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, or ElasticsearchExperience designing high‑throughput, low‑latency systemsExperience processing and managing large‑scale datasets (millions of records)Strong data preprocessing skills, including indexing, normalization, cleaning, and transformationFamiliarity with backend technologies like NestJS, Redis,
