Full Circle Art is seeking a highly capable, self‑directed, and detail‑oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our contemporary art gallery and print studio located in downtown Sudbury at Elm Place.This is a part‑time position with strong potential for long‑term growth within a rapidly expanding arts organization, including progression into a full‑time role as the business grows.We are looking for someone who is highly organized, takes initiative, and is comfortable taking full ownership of daily operations with minimal supervision.This role is well‑suited for an individual who enjoys both structure and responsibility, and who can confidently manage multiple operational priorities in a professional gallery environment.Role OverviewThe Operations Manager will work closely and directly with the Art Director and will play a central role in the coordination and execution of daily gallery operations, including sales, inventory, customer experience, and order fulfillment.This is a hands‑on operational role requiring accuracy, accountability, and strong administrative capability.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily gallery operations and workflow managementProcess in‑person sales and customer transactions accuratelyPackage, label, and prepare artwork and prints for delivery and shippingTag, track,
