We are faith-based, not-for-profit organizations committed to creating secure, comfortable communities where individuals experience caring, belonging, and purpose.Role OverviewReporting to the Director of Mission, Ethics, Research, and Reconciliation (MERR) the Administrative Assistant (AA) will support 2-3 assigned Directors and will deliver a wide variety of administrative support. The AA has a proven ability to work independently, screen and prioritize communication, meet deadlines, and has the ability to make decisions by anticipating needs. This role requires coordination of confidential and sensitive internal and external communications, the management of complex events, and relationship development with internal and external stakeholders.Educational and Other QualificationsNone specified.Work ExperienceA minimum of two (2) years business office experienceProven experience working with a high degree of independenceExperience working in health care preferredEquivalent combination of education and experience may be consideredKnowledge, Skills,
