We are looking to fill 15 positions at Nova Scotia Power’s Customer Care department, welcoming Mi'kmaw individuals to participate in our training program. As a Customer Service Associate, you will utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to provide accurate support and maintain customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively in a dynamic environment that encourages diverse perspectives and experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
