AURORA WONDERLAND TOURS INC. (dba Aurora Wonderland & Beck's Kennels Tours) is seeking 4 Tour Guides for their Aurora Borealis and Sled Dog tours in Yellowknife. Full time, $22.00 per hour, bonus depends on performance, 30-40 hours per week. Escort individuals or groups on scheduled tours of the Aurora Borealis; Escort individuals or groups on scheduled sled dog tours; Describe the Aurora Borealis and sled dogs, answer questions, and provide information about points of interest on the tours; Provide historical and scientific facts about the phenomenon; Offer additional attraction packages while on tour; Ensure safety of all travellers on group tours. Duties:



Escort individuals or groups on scheduled tours of the Aurora Borealis; Escort individuals or groups on scheduled sled dog tours; Describe the Aurora Borealis and sled dogs, answer questions, and provide information about points of interest on the tours; Provide historical and scientific facts about the phenomenon; Offer additional attraction packages while on tour; Ensure safety of all travellers on group tours. Requirements: On-the-job training is provided; English language ability required; Secondary school completion is an asset; Experience in Aurora viewing and sled dog tours are an asset; Driver's license is an asset; Japanese and Chinese language is an asset.
