CBRE Summer Student – Building Service

Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada

Position Overview

As a CBRE Summer Student – Building Service you will work on projects, learn about the business, make industry connections, and develop both hard and soft skills related to the curriculum of your choice.

Responsibilities
Support the Building Services team with tenant requests, including ceiling tile replacements, door repairs, and painting.
Assist in moving and setting up furniture, signage, and other equipment.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes and pulling carts, with flexible hours that may include weekends or evenings.
Collaborate with internal and external teams on special projects and requests.
Follow established procedures for repetitive tasks and job activities.

Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year college program.
Effective communication skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.




Ability to develop skills to perform basic activities in the job.
Basic math skills (straightforward calculations such as percentages, discounts, and markups).

Work Authorization
