Part-time Education Coordinator Wanted

Join Oxford Learning Markham South as an Education Coordinator and help students of all ages achieve academic success. This in-person role supports students, parents, and staff in a supportive, dynamic classroom setting.

Job Details

Location: Markham, Ontario (must reside within a short commute)

Job Type: Part-time | Salary: $19/hour (probationary)

Responsibilities
Inform parents about Oxford Learning programs and answer queries
Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers
Set up and administer assessments
Establish and oversee student learning programs
Coordinate with community members (schools, sports teams, local businesses)
Maintain contact with parents and discuss student progress
Ensure adherence to the Oxford Learning philosophy across the centre
Create a fun and energetic learning setting daily
Master the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy and coach other teaching staff

Qualifications

Education




Minimum university degree (credits in Social Sciences, Languages, Math, or Business preferred)
Strong secondary school mathematics skills an asset
Additional language(s) spoken an asset

Experience
Experience in an educational environment with medium to large student bodies
Experience in a business workplace an asset
Familiarity with billing cycles required
Strong computer skills (MS Office, online communication apps)
Strong phone skills and customer service experience (sales experience preferred)
