Position Overview

We are seeking a agile and adaptable Multi-Grade, Multi-Subject High School Teacher to join our team.

This role involves teaching across multiple grades (K-9) and subjects, fostering an engaging classroom experience tailored to diverse learning needs.

This role is one and a half days per week (approximately 0.3 FTE), with scheduled hours to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver lessons across multiple subjects and grade levels, aligned with the BC curriculum.
Differentiate instruction to meet a wide range of learning styles and abilities.
Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
Assess, record, and report student progress.
Collaborate with staff,



parents, and the community to support student learning.
Participate in school-wide activities, events, and professional development.

Qualifications

Required
Bachelor of Education or equivalent.
Eligibility for a valid BC Teaching Certificate
2nd language skills

Preferred
Experience teaching in a multi-grade setting.
Solid classroom management and organizational skills.
Commitment to fostering student engagement, creativity, and resilience.
