As a Field Client Service Supervisor, you'll ensure coordination and management of services provided by Continuing Care Assistants. This role prioritizes strong communication and problem-solving to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the management and coordination of services daily
• Oversee project organization within your team
• Work autonomously while providing reliable supervision




• Resolve problems to maintain excellent client relations
• Conduct supervisory client visits throughout the Peninsula
Requirements:
• Current LPN registration with the College of Nurses of Nova Scotia
• Leadership experience in community healthcare preferred
• Willingness to drive for supervisory client visits
• Robust multitasking and organizational skills
• Effective communication, both written and verbal
