The Resourcing Administrator is responsible for supporting workforce planning, recruitment, talent pipeline development, and leadership succession initiatives. This role focuses on attracting top talent, building future talent pipelines, and coordinating a mentorship program that develops emerging leaders and supports long-term organizational growth. Key Responsibilities

Resourcing & Workforce Planning

Support workforce planning and resource forecasting activities. Maintain talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs. Assist with succession planning and identification of high-potential employees. Maintain candidate and talent pool databases. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.



Develop candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, community partnerships, and educational institutions. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. Track and report on recruitment metrics and hiring outcomes. Mentorship & Future Leaders Program

Coordinate and administer the company mentorship program. Match mentors and mentees and monitor program effectiveness. Support leadership development initiatives for emerging leaders. Assist in creating development pathways for high-potential employees. Track participation, progress, and program outcomes. Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in recruitment, workforce planning, or talent development. Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills. Experience coordinating programs or projects is an asset. Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
