fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvementServe as the organization's subject matter expert on compensation philosophy, job evaluation, pay equity, incentive programs, and employee benefitsDesign and maintain scalable compensation frameworks that support talent attraction, retention, and business growthLead annual compensation review processes, including salary planning, market benchmarking, and incentive program administrationConduct market analysis and compensation studies to ensure programs remain competitive and aligned with industry trendsProvide strategic guidance and recommendations to executives and People leaders on compensation‑related mattersEnsure compliance with applicable legislation, pay transparency requirements, and compensation governance practicesOversee employee benefits programs and vendor relationships, ensuring optimal value, service delivery, and employee experienceAnalyze workforce and compensation data to provide meaningful insights and support strategic decision‑makingDevelop and execute employee communication strategies related to compensation, benefits, and total rewards programsPartner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align rewards programs with organizational objectivesDrive process improvements and enhance the effectiveness of total rewards programs and operationsWhat Do You Bring?7+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience,
