disposables, and kitchen equipmentManaging product listings, specifications, and pricing structures aligned to operational needsAssisting with RFPs/RFQs, supplier evaluations, and sourcing initiativesIdentifying opportunities for SKU rationalization, standardization, and cost savingsMonitoring commodity trends (meat, dairy, produce) to inform pricing and sourcing decisionsSupporting contract negotiation and management, including pricing models, rebates, and supplier incentivesEnsuring contract compliance, audit readiness, and accurate rebate trackingActing as a key liaison between supply chain, culinary, operations, and finance teamsSupporting product substitutions, menu changes, and continuity planningBuilding strong relationships with broadline distributors, manufacturers, and specialty suppliersSupporting supplier performance reviews, including service levels, pricing compliance, and product qualityAnalyzing spend data and developing tools for market basket analysis, price tracking, and savings validationCommunicating and supporting rollout of recent products, supplier programs, and procurement initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForPost-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, or Food Services—or equivalent experience.2–4 years of experience infoodservice supply chain, procurement,



or operations support.Direct experience withfood distributors (e.G., Sysco, GFS, Core-Mark)and pricing/rebate structures.Experience supportingsupplier negotiations and RFP processes .Strong Excel and data analysis skills (pricing files, audits, reporting).Solid understanding offoodservice operations and distribution models .Stronganalyticalskills and comfort working withdatato support decisions.Familiarity with contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively.Solid organizational, time‑management, and decision‑making abilities.Also, Nice to HaveExperience working with commercial agreements or MSAs.Exposure to multi‑category procurement environments.What’s In It For You?Be part of an industry that's more important than ever!Award winningsafetyculture.A flexiblehybridwork model.Supportiveteamenvironment with room to grow together.Dexterra Groupis an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
