Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Full-Time Barista (Food Service Staff) to join our team at Starbucks (Pharmasave #416) in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming guest experience
Prepare beverages and food items to Starbucks standards
Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
Restock supplies and support inventory management
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications
Passion for customer service and hospitality
Previous food service, Starbucks, or cashier experience is an asset
Knowledge of food handling and safety practices preferred




Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Strong communication, time management, and cash-handling skills
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week (Full time)

Store hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday to Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Candidates must be flexible and available to work opening, daytime, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
