OverviewThe successful candidate demonstrates technical proficiency and will be responsible for ensuring the project meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and sustainability, while aligning with firm goals and client expectations. This individual will lead the technical design, documentation, consultant coordination, and contract administration for the project.ResponsibilitiesIntegrate technical solutions with design vision and project goals.Direct the development of contract documents ensuring completeness and coordination.Mentor project team in development of contract documents, construction drawings, constructability considerations and detailing.Lead technical design resolution including envelope and systems integration.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants, ensuring integration of consultant systems into documentation.Ensure adherence to firm standards and best practices, meeting standards for accuracy, clarity, coordination and constructability.Lead QA and QC processes.Perform and oversee duties related to contract administration, including submittals, RFIs, change management,



and closeout.
