We are seeking a passionate, analytical, and results-oriented Marketing Operations & CRM Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team in Toronto, ON. This role requires deep experience in CRM tools to manage and scale our sales pipeline infrastructure. You will be responsible for driving digital transformation and elevating marketing automation. The Marketing Operations & CRM Coordinator helps ensure Peakhill’s digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tactics are optimized and effectively positioned for various client segments.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain data accuracy, integrity and segmentation across CRM systemsTrack lead sources, engagement, and conversion performanceAssist the Marketing lead in optimizing lead pipelines and CRM integrations with digital marketing platforms to support sales processesAssist the Marketing lead with paid marketing campaigns and performance analyticsUse CRM tools to optimize data segmentation, audience management,



and personalizationEnsure consistent lead tracking and proper data entryCollaborate with Marketing team and other cross-functional teams to manage project timelines effectively, ensure timely delivery of analytics, and align marketing efforts with business goalsStay current with industry trends and identify current opportunities for growthEducation/ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related fieldAt least 3-5 years of experience in a CRM marketing, analytics, or digital marketing rolePrevious experience with Salesforce and Pipedrive is required.Previous experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and paid media tagging across Google AdsPrevious experience or interest in commercial real estate is considered an assetPrevious experience with Adobe Creative Suite is considered an assetStrong understanding of CRM and digital marketing concepts and best practicesDemonstrates a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality#J-18808-Ljbffr
